Description: We are looking for a talented Artificial Intelligence analyst to assist in monitoring and improving our conversation products. The right candidate for this role will be able to understand consumer behavior requirements and the right language methodology to best service the customer intents. -Spanish speaker preferred but not required. Flexible work schedule. Can work remotely.
Responsibilities: - Monitor and look to improve AI design and deployments for chatbots across various industries and client types - Execute test plans using various methods, levels and objectives - Document scoring results and report testing activity status to the COOAssist with creating documentation such as AI test management plans, use case, test scenario templates - Evaluate, troubleshoot and test the natural language processing repeatedly in order to detect all Artificial Intelligence errors and recommend fixes - Partner with the operations project managers to review testing plans, testing progress, results, and next steps - Perform other duties as deemed relevant, based upon experience
- Two or more years of demonstrated experience in consumer behavior analytics or detail-oriented project management - Two or more years of demonstrated experience with analyzing requirements, executing and documenting tests and performing manual or automated, tool-driven testing scenarios - Proven ability to take direction, but work independently - Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
